United Berlin

The Arch’Triangle’s German Leg

Reweaving Unity on Divided Ground

United Berlin (Cable Pyramid) is a visionary landmark that transforms Berlin’s legacy of division into a living symbol of global connection, cultural dignity, and economic inclusion.

A Landmark of Unity, Commerce, and Cultural Integration

Berlin has always been a city of walls and bridges, of histories divided and futures reimagined. With United Berlin, we propose a new kind of landmark that fuses architecture, commerce, and community into a symbol of shared progress.

Rooted in the spirit of The Arch’Triangle initiative, this project reclaims unused urban space to create something bold. Something that speaks to the soul of modern Berlin - a marketplace, a gathering place, and a model for economic integration.

A Cultural Commerce Incubator Built for a New Europe

United Berlin is a response to one of the city’s most pressing challenges; to create real, lasting integration in a city of over 800,000 immigrants and less than a dozen dedicated cultural commerce spaces.

At the heart of this project is The Cable Pyramid, a landmark building designed to house a constellation of micro-retail spaces leased to immigrant entrepreneurs selling homeland crafts, foods, and cultural services. Each unit is a micro-embassy of identity, dignity, and exchange.

Inspired by Berlin’s layered past and built for its shared future, the pyramid merges ancient symbolism with cutting-edge urban design. It proposes not only a shift in the skyline, but a shift in how cities measure inclusion, by livelihoods rather than headlines.

A Scalable Model for Inclusive Urban Prosperity

A Space That Speaks to Everyone

Architecturally, the Cable Pyramid is a visual dialogue between continents, designed to blend African, Middle Eastern, and European influences into one powerful silhouette. Its structure nods to ancient symbolism, yet embraces modernity, reflecting the layered identities of those it serves.

The space is intentionally multipolar. On the outside, its pyramid-like form captures the gravity of global migration and the strength of cultural roots. Inside, it becomes a marketplace, a museum, a gathering hall where food, craft, history, and design live side by side.

Every design element is chosen to invite. Woven cables and transparent panels allow light to spill in, symbolising openness. Modular interiors adapt to different uses, from exhibitions and food courts to reading nooks and performance stages. The goal is to create an atmosphere that feels familiar to many, yet exclusive to none.

Co-Create Berlin’s Most Meaningful Structure Yet

United Berlin is currently entering its feasibility and funding phase, and we are actively seeking collaborators who understand both the opportunity and the urgency. The site is ready, the concept is grounded, and the community is waiting.

We’re inviting property developers, cultural institutions, diaspora investors, and government partners to help bring this vision to life. This is more than just capital investment. It’s a chance to shape the soul of a city through space, equity, and shared purpose.

Whether you're a seasoned developer, a policymaker committed to integration, or a cultural leader seeking impact, this project offers a legacy that will be seen, used, and felt for generations.
